Update

March 16, 2020 

Dear Parents/Guardians, 

On March 15th, 2020 the government announced that all classes are cancelled immediately and indefinitely due to COVID-19 

This letter includes important information regarding how to pick up personal items from school. To ensure we abide by Alberta Health guidelines regarding social distancing, we have created a schedule to control how many people are in the building at once. Please do not come if you or your child is feeling ill. The list is organized by homeroom. Please note, if you have more than 1 child at Bob Edwards, you may come with both children during one of the scheduled times of your children. 

When you come to pick up your personal items, please bring the following items to school: 

• Athletics jerseys 
• Library books 
• Students may return their musical instruments 

When you come to school on your scheduled day and time, you will be greeted in the front foyer by staff members who will have a list of outstanding items you must bring to school (as per list above). You will be asked to give these items to the staff and we will document that you have returned these items. This way, if you have returned all items, you will not receive an invoice.

• Tuesday March 17th, 2020 9:00am – 12:00pm: Homerooms: 61 (Mr. Morgan) & 62 (Ms. Ford) 
• Tuesday March 17th, 2020 1:00pm – 3:25pm: Homerooms: 64 (Mme Stunell) ,65 (Mme Amyotte) & 66 (Mme Murphy) 
• Wednesday March 18th, 2020 9:00am – 12:00pm: Homerooms 71 (Mr. Flemmer) & 72 (Mr. Sproule) 
• Wednesday March 18th, 2020 1:00pm – 3:25pm: Homerooms 74 (Mme Gamache) & 75 (Mme Pohajdak & Mme Haggar) 
• Thursday March 19th, 2020 9:00am – 12:00pm: Homerooms 81 (Ms. Cunha) & 82 (Mr. Lupul) 
• Thursday March 19th, 2020 1:00pm –3:25pm: Homerooms 84 (Mr. Rigaa) & 85 (Mr. Grunewald) 
• Friday March 20th, 2020 9:00am – 2:00pm: Homerooms 91 (Ms. Amanwi), 92 (Ms. Franks) & 95 (Mme Gillespie & Mr. Abboud) 

Please note that if you are unable to come during your scheduled time, you may attend a different scheduled time.
